ISSUE OF URGENT IMPORTANCE!!! The number of Voters Cards we possess determines our Voting Strength,  our Voting Strength determines our Political Relevance and  our Political Relevance determines what and how we get what, it also determines our negotiating power and the level of treat we pose to political players. In view of this, I suggest that the UGA National and branches should take the continuous Voters registration exercise as do or die affair. Branches should mobilize and encourage ndi Umueri in their various branches through provision of free transport to participate in the on going exercise. UGA National should impose measures to ensure that every citizen of Umueri posses one. It's not an issue for politicians alone, it concerns everybody. Our voting strength is contesting the last position in Anambra East, what a shame, we must sit up, this is the period, now is the hour. Ndi Umueri Wake Up! The days scheduled for each community is as follows: (1) Otuocha Ward

Turmoil in PDP over Tambuwal

Turmoil in PDP over Tambuwal •Jonathan, associates kick •Obasanjo schemes to impose crony on CNM A fresh crisis is looming in the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the 2019 elections. The threat to party peace stems from alleged plan by some powerful forces to hand over the PDP presidential ticket to Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto State. Tambuwal is currently in the All Progressives Congress (APC) but he is being wooed by Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and some other PDP governors to return to the party he dumped ahead of the 2015 elections. Also pushing for the Sokoto governor’s candidature is a prominent traditional ruler in the North, party sources told The Nationyesterday. Simultaneously, the Coalition for Nigeria Movement (CNM) appears to be narrowing its choice of presidential candidate in next year’s election to one of the three ex-governors it is currently wooing as a possible replacement for President Muhammadu Buhari. TEACH YOUR CHILD HUMILITY

Image
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW In recent decades, parents have been encouraged to yield to their children's desires; to praise them generously, even if they did nothing praiseworthy; to withhold correction and discipline. It was thought that if children were made to feel special, they would grow up with healthy self-esteem. But what have the result shown? The book Generation Me States: "instead of creating well-adjusted, happy children, the self-esteem movement has created an army of little narcissists." Many children raised with unconditional praise have grown up unprepared for disappointments, criticism, and occasional failure. Because of being taught to focus on their own desires, they find it hard as adult to form lasting relationships. As a result, many of them suffer from anxiety and depression. Children develop real self-worth, not by being constantly told that they are special, but through genuine accomplishments, that requires more than just believing themselve

TEARS

THE MYSTERIOUS TEARS! CRYING accompanies us from the day we are born. One expert explains that as babies, crying became our acoustic umbilical cord, " because we cry to have our emotional and physical needs cared for. But why do we shed tears as we grow older, when we can communicate in other ways? Emotional tears flood our eyes for variety of reasons. We may cry because of grief, frustration, physical or psychological suffering. But euphoria, relief, and achievement likewise provoke emotional tears--in this case, tears of joy. Tears can also be contagious." if I see someone else weeping --whatever the cause --i can't help but feel moved to tears, " ( like what happened this January 11th when a kid boy was weeping uncontrollable while his late mum is being lower to the earth) maybe sometime imaginary situations in film or book have also made you shed tears. Whatever the reason, crying is a powerful nonverbal language. There are few other ways to say so mu

MONEY
